What is CEREC?

CEREC stands for " Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics". It is an advanced, computer-aided system in dentistry. It enables dentists to produce high-precision dental restorations such as crowns, inlays, onlays and partial crowns directly in their practice during a single session. Treatment procedure

An intraoral scanner is used to digitally capture the affected tooth or set of teeth. Our dentists carefully scan each tooth in order to create a digital image of the set of teeth. Once the tooth or set of teeth has been digitally captured, the software creates a 3D model, which the dentist uses to design the dentures on the computer. The denture is then shaped directly in our practice from a ceramic block using a precise milling machine. As soon as the dentures are finished, they can be inserted directly into the mouth. We make sure that it fits your tooth perfectly and fully restores the bite function.
